Banpo Hangang Park — NCT Dream Riverside
Banpo

The riverside walkway along Banpo Hangang Park shows up in more NCT music videos and behind-the-scenes clips than maybe any other single Seoul location. NCT Dream's 'Hello Future' had members biking the boardwalk; 'Glitch Mode' used the bridge's underside; multiple NCT 127 dance practices and a stack of Vlogs were shot looking up the river toward Banpo Bridge with its rainbow fountain. It's the city's most consistently photographed K-pop riverside, and on a clear evening you can see why.
The park stretches roughly 2 kilometers along the south bank of the Han River, with bike rentals at the entrance, a string of convenience stores along the bank (yes, the famous 'Hangang ramen-with-a-view' experience), and the Banpo Bridge with its Moonlight Rainbow Fountain (월광무지개분수) — the longest bridge fountain in the world — running shows every evening in warm-weather months. NCTzens typically walk down from the bike-rental area toward the fountain, settle on the steps facing the bridge, pick up a chicken-and-soju set or a Shin Ramyun from the riverside CU, and stay for the 7pm and 8pm fountain shows.
Best window: late afternoon into evening, April through October, when the fountain is running (it's seasonal). Banpo Station on Line 7 is the closest, or Express Bus Terminal on Lines 3/7/9 if you're coming from Itaewon side. Saturday and Sunday evenings are packed but the atmosphere is exactly the one NCT's MVs captured — pick a slightly less-crowded weekday Friday if you can.
